This Privacy Policy describes how MK Eagle Flames collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MK Eagle Flames Field Management System app. This app is intended exclusively for authorized employees of MK Eagle Flames.

• Employee ID & Name — used for authentication and identity verification
• Location Data — used to verify field visits during inspections
• Attendance Records — clock-in times and leave requests
• Job Sheet Data — inspection records submitted through the app
• Performance Data — call counts, targets, and monthly stats

• To authenticate employees and manage role-based access
• To track field inspections, job sheets, and book allocations
• To monitor attendance and process leave requests
• To generate individual and branch performance reports
• To calculate payroll and manage salary records

We do not share your personal data with any third parties. All data is stored securely on our internal servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel within MK Eagle Flames.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). Access to the app requires a valid Employee ID and password. Role-based access ensures employees can only view data relevant to their role.

Data is retained for as long as the employee relationship is active. Upon separation, data may be retained for legal and audit purposes. Employees may request deletion of their data by contacting the admin.
